Tony and Dr. James Bocell, a Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with a specialization in Sports Medicine, are co-founders and co-owners of Acceleration Training Concepts. The two have developed a unique approach to physical training that starts with an initial evaluation, which incorporates a Functional Movement Screening. When necessary, orthopedic assessments are used to identify injuries, weaknesses, and post-operative situations. From this information, the staff creates a customized exercise routine for each client with a focus on functional modalities.
