Is your child doing what is right for them?
At ATC, we use Principles of Physical Culture with our kids. We infuse kids with knowledge as to why they need/do a particular exercise, teach them skill/ability, and make it challenging and fun.
We do not use quick fix values. They are inconsistent with long term change. We do not try to get your kids faster in 4 weeks. That would be like trying to pass 2nd grade math in 4 weeks.
We molded our program from the experts in the field of kids exercise to help us develop our program and culture. There is a natural evolution of exercise that occurs with kids as they age. When this natural evolution does not happen, kids get injured. Our kids' fitness program evolves as they age. It is based on neuro-developmental techniques and age-appropriate progressions.
Our job is to foster healthy adults.
